All logistics service providers currently face a large volume of parcels. You order “on the Internet” and the goods go back and forth, often several times.

In many cases, consignments of goods are delivered with considerable delays. Delivery capacities of the logistics companies cannot be built quickly enough.

HERWE usually sets precise delivery dates. Unfortunately, late deliveries are currently inevitable. We regret that – but it is by no means our area of responsibility. We therefore ask for your patience and hope like you that the situation will improve.
